Old Bay Spiced Sweet Potato Wedges

1 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. On a baking sheet, toss sweet potato wedges in olive oil. Sprinkle on Old Bay seasoning, and roast for 30 minutes or until fork tender, turning half-way through baking time.
